The program uses a relational database schema to speed up data entry, information retrieval and of course consistency through the program. Unlike many programs though, you needn’t spend time configuring and setting up the system before you can even use it. Launch the program and just begin entering Product records – all of the related data can be entered on the fly, which means the more products you enter, the faster it becomes!

Keep track of every aspect of your purchases, both online and off. Store User Names and Passwords, licensing information, track vendors and payment processors and view your inventory by any of the common data tables. Want to see everything you bought from Vendor X? No problem – click the Vendors icon, select Vendor X from the drop-down list and immediately see a table view populated with everything purchased from them!

System Requirements

Our Scripts are server-side scripts, developed in PHP 5.2 – you may require Zend Optimizer 3.3 or higher on your server (your host will provide this at no charge, if they have not already) along with CURL, JSON and of course your own Web Host, with FTP access to upload the script.

Refund Policy


As you are purchasing digital, non-tangible goods, all sales of products are final and are non-refundable. By completing your purchase from us through PayPal, you agree that you are purchasing digital, non-tangible goods and as such are not entitled to a refund of said goods.

We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any defective scripts, software or other products purchased from us, within a period of 60 days from the date of sale. Support for technical problems is available for the lifetime of the product.

Upgrade Policy


This product comes with free upgrades for minor versions (defined as bug fixes, tweaks, performance improvements,etc). Minor upgrades are always numbered 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc.

Major upgrades, which consist of significant improvements and additions to the product, are available at a discount to customers who own the prior version. Major upgrades are numbered 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, etc.

Technical Support is available direct from the product developers, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, GMT +2, excluding holidays that fall on a weekday. Technical Support is provided on a first-come, first-served basis at no charge to the customer. The contact information for support is included in the help files within the product itself.
